Intro to Pincha (Forearm Stand)
Drills for hip mobility, core strength, & shoulder stability.
Week 3: Upside Down – Pincha Play & Handstand Prep
Pincha holds, wall drills, & balance tips
Conditioning for inversion control
Intro to Handstand: Alignment, entries, & confidence
Homework drills for inversion conditioning & shoulder stacking.
Week 4: Handstand Party – Building Confidence to Invert (All levels welcome!)
Beginner-friendly breakdown of handstand entries
Alignment, fear management, & spotting drills
Flow & play: handstand entries from yoga poses
Final take-home drill set & progression plan
